1) Street Team
-People to put up posters and hand out fliers around town
-People to get the word out via the internet via Twitter, Facebook, email, etc...
2) Shameless sales person
Pitches sponsorship package to any and everyone who can afford it- Corners vendors and workshop sponsors to buy ad spots- Arranges trades for things that SFBF needs:- Printing + Paper- Plane Tickets (or flyer points)- Other free trade options that will make SFBF run smoothly
3) Directors (to help organize departments)
Registration - organize shifts at the registration table to make sure that people can check in and get their badges
Security - organize shifts to make sure that doors are covered to check badges/tickets to shows, classes and other SFBF events
Transport - we have some very special guests coming in and we'll need help making sure they get to and from the airport
Vendors - set up the lay out and assign spaces for the vendors as well as organize volunteer shifts for vendor assistance
Shows - will help organize stage managers and gather up music, schedule run throughs, etc...
4) General Volunteers
We will need volunteers to help out each of the directors to work shifts to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible!
